BACK to LAKE FORK, Fishing the Poppin' Perch & KVD Sexy Frog

After a tough day on Lake Fork the week before I’ve returned for a redemption trip! Trying to figure out what the majority of the bass are doing. Some are just getting pulling up, some pawning and yet others are in the post spawn phase. Weather conditions play a big role in bass behavior and Lake Fork bass love sunny conditions! Flipping, pitching, sight fishing, frogs and poppin’ perch get some action on this most recent trip to the lake.

  1. Another great video, awesome action! Can recommend a brand of sun protection gloves like you wear in your videos? I need to purchase some and have no idea if one is better than the other? God bless and be well!

  2. "After a tough day on Lake Fork the week before I've returned for a redemption trip!"…………….Yea, it was TOUGH. Glad you got some redemption. Good vid.

  3. Just watched the rest of the video, I have a question if I may, do you ever flip or pitch the rage bug or is the rodent better suited? Just curious because I don’t think I have ever seen you flip the bug, I use Reel Snot on my braid when I spool it to keep it from binding like that, I don’t know if you have ever tried it but really helps with keeping it from doing that.
