Used that same white chatterbate set up this morning from the dock at mill creek lake in canton Texas. Fished 3 hours and not a single bite! Wtf am I doing wrong? Lol
The lakes i fish must be broken because i didn't catch anything on a chatter bait till after the spawn and all i ever hear is how good they are prespawn and spawning time
I just recently got a nrx 854c heavy for chatterbaits, I use floro instead of braid to offset some of the stiffness of a heavy action rod. good tips

Do you switch the blades on the black and blue or do they come like that? If so which brand?
What brand reel you use Billy? White chatterbait with lake fork minnow a white or grey on stays on one of my rods year round. At Arbuckle, Murray and Konawa lakes that bait will catch them if every thing else fails.
