I've only been to Fork once and caught a 6lber on my second cast! I plan on making it a yearly trip from now on.
I don’t know how those boats are flying by like that. I live in Missouri and drove to my brothers house near lake fork with my boat. Was out on the water for maybe an hour and I started to get up on plane in 30ft of water and spun a prop on a stump….yes at 30ft. I was hugely disappointed in the hype of lake fork. Luckily I was there to visit family and not just go fishing. Would have been a complete waste of trip. That lake has tons of trees and stumps. I guess it’s just a matter of knowing the lake
