Wondering to Kentucky

After trying fishing for bass and catfish in Texas, I’m packing up and wondering through Kentucky in search for mammoth cave when an archery contest is taking place.

  1. Awesome video brother. Kentucky is awesome. I was stationed in Fort Knox from 2020-2023. Now im in Southern California. But the US Army assignment Gods have shined on me and it looks like I am going back to Kentucky next spring. Super excited!!

  2. Trains are better for the environment (like… the ecosystems where fish live) and reduce traffic on roads. Sooooo… not only not a waste, but will reduce your time sitting in the car overall. More trains >>>

I’ve been out the game for a lil while. Happy to hear the tumor is history at this point. I disconnected around that time cause I lost my uncle to brain tumor and it brought back some bad memories🙏 thought for sure we gonna lose you🙏 thank god we didn’t. Hope lil emmy is doing great

  4. I understand why you wouldn’t let people know where u are at the exact time you are….but I was litterly probly at that same Buckees within a few hours you were. I just got back from a road trip to the 3 state area called the peninsula in Tennessee Kentucky and Virginia. I live in Ohio so it wasn’t too far away.

  5. Come back to Douglas lake. You fished here back in your college years. Some great lakes surrounding TN. Within couple of hr you have the chickamauga and Guntersville not that far away.

  6. Why dont you repair the boat with a fiber glass gas tank repair kit. Then when you want to remove it you can completely chip it right off with a very sharp chisle with out harming the finish of the boat at all, and it would be a good enough patch to probably last forever. And still be removable at your will. Because that it comes with a metal bonding epoxy and a patch of fiberglass it will not meld to the resin of the hull but will adhere to it super strong and will break free only with a MAJOR impact.
You might need two kits looked like your area is longer than just the one strip of fiberglass in the kit. Just mix up both kits together at the same time i would not work it for longer than 5min so be complety prepared. Over lay the ends of the fiberglass barely as your working in the epoxy and complety cover and a half inch or so beyond with the layer of epoxy. Shouldnt need to sand it. It will be smooth and you can paint it if you want but high speed in the water that will flake after couple years unless you rough it up but then it wont look smooth. Not unless you flip the boat over to do paint it.
    Good luck.

  7. Curious… I was re-watching an older video of yours (Catching salmon in a lake in Colorado with LFD and the family) and you mentioned your dad used to take you fishing in Kentucky… I've lived in Kentucky all my life and was wondering what part of Kentucky did you fish in? What lakes?

  8. If it weren’t for you taking Outlaw to Buccees, I would have never had such aspirations to go there when visiting family in Texas. Now, there is ANOTHER Buccees in Kentucky, Richmond, KY, closer to where I live. It’s been around for about a year or 2.
