Father’s Day is just around the corner and for many of us our dad’s are the reason we got into fishing. What better way to get ready for Father’s Day than to watch an epic kayak bass fishing 1v1 with Lake Fork Guy and his dad (LFD). In this video, LFG and his dad take the yaks out to a remote lake full of flooded trees and go to work catching some big bass on big worms and swimbaits.

This reminds me fishing against my dad 25 years ago in Virginia in Lake Whitehurst catching some of our biggest bass and just having a blast. Those memories were the best. He's been gone from my life for 11 years now, but I will never forget catching 9 lbers like it was no ones business, 4+ on chain pickarels, 2+ lb black crappies. Best fishing ever.
