Dustin Connell resumed his winning ways on Championship Sunday. Although weights were zeroed, the momentum he carried from winning the Knockout Round couldn’t be topped as became the first two-time REDCREST champion, winning the title with 28 bass weighing 83 pounds on the final day. Connell won by a 30-15 margin over second-place angler Alton Jones Jr. who caught 19 bass for 52-2, followed by Ron Nelson in third with 12 bass weighing 39-9.
