Big Largemouth Bass | Lake Fork Texas | Fishing with a Few Guests | NEW Okuma Hakai

Had the opportunity to get out to Lake Fork in Texas which is known to have BIG BASS! It is definitely a big bass lake and a lake that you need to bring the heavy tackle to because of all of the timber. And when I say timber, I’m talking bug stumps and logs with tons of places for these big bass to hide.
This trip consisted of hanging out and fishing with a few YouTube influencers and having a few days of great filming and fishing. It was Adam Ryan, Rebecca Yaseen of FishingWithBecca and David Yang of DYangBass all from YouTube. These three anglers are pretty darn good sticks and we had a little “product testing” to do on the new Okuma Hakai Low Profile Baitcast reels that are being released. The trip was a blast and luckily, I had the honor of catching big fish for the trip coming it at just under 8 pounds. Not a double digit, but a fun fish none the less. The Okuma Psycho Stick rods paired up with the Hakai Low Pro’s was the ticket. Great combo for throwing those huge 10″ worms.
