terry cook i wear my life jacket for my wife ,if anything bad happens i want my body to be found ,and not have to wait for days for my body to float, but that just me

My boat does as well. Have been with guides that don’t but figure their choice. I don’t even remove mine to fish. Can’t swim that well in wet clothes.

Another EXCELLENT rundown!!!! Also a BIG yes on the PFD in my boat while the big motor is running!!!!! I was impressed when I fished with you last year before the BBS, the 1st thing you handed me was an inflatable PFD…. Thanks!!!!!
We don't need more laws about life jackets. There are a lot of ignorant people in Texas if you haven't noticed, let the law of averages sort them out. Anyone in my boat is wearing a PDF if the boat is on plane. I saw a well-known guide with two customers run on plane through timber, common sense is lost on most people, sad to say.

Always wear the lifejacket on the bass boat. There's no reason to be going 65mph across a lake and not be safe.
